Does anyone have an LG Renoir mobile phone?

I might be being a bit thick here but does anyone know how to access the SIM card on an LG Renoir, specifically the Contacts? I've backed up all my contacts onto the SIM card but I know there's loads of duplicates on there and it's nearly full so I want to delete them.
